Submitting a quote request through our website or by phone does not constitute a binding agreement to sell your vehicle. Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are not guaranteed until a physical inspection has been completed.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle when requesting a quote. Providing false or misleading information may result in a revised or withdrawn offer.

To complete a vehicle sale with South Bay Cash For Cars, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or are authorized to sell it
• The vehicle is free of undisclosed liens, encumbrances, or legal holds
• All information provided about the vehicle is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in the State of California

Payment for purchased vehicles is made at the time of pickup in the form of cash or certified check. Payment is contingent upon satisfactory inspection of the vehicle and execution of all required transfer documents.

South Bay Cash For Cars reserves the right to adjust or withdraw an offer if the vehicle's condition is materially different from what was represented at the time of the quote.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
